Time for tea
Ultimate Banana Smoothie Bowl

Recipe / Ayusa Tea

Serves: 2 4 large ripe bananas, cut into chunks & frozen

½ cup almond milk

1 tbsp nut butter (optional)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp Ayusa Tea Loose Leaf Pure Guayusa Handful edible flowers, to top

1. Blend the frozen bananas, almond milk, maple syrup and nut butter (if using) in a high-speed blender until smooth.

2. Spoon into 2 bowls and finish with desired toppings. We use edible flowers but you can also use fresh fruits, granola, cacao nibs and more nut butter.

Ayusa Tea, also available as an organic superleaf powder and used in these delicious recipes, is a clean, delicious, smooth and slightly sweet caffeinated herbal drink. Guayusa (why-you-sa) leaf is naturally energising and rich in antioxidants, amino acids and vitamins. Native to the Ecuadorian Amazon, ancient Kichwa tribes have revered Guayusa for thousands of years for its powerful health benefits.
