A new wellness retreat taught us how to switch of f for self-care

In today’s digital age, it’s not very often that we go for trips without documenting every single minute of it on our phones. So, as I entered Vana, I was surprised that along with a traditional chandan tilak, my welcome came with a not-so-traditional request to keep my phone away. As I would discover over the next three days, I would happily disconnect from tech, and cut off anxiety as I hit the reset button.
