GROW YOUR OWN AT HOME WITH ALAN TITCHMARSH
MONDAY / ITV / 8.30PM / EP 5 of 6 / LIFESTYLE
Fans of ITV’s lockdown gardening show Grow Your Own at Home with Alan Titchmarsh have become rather envious of his co-star Katie Rushworth!
Not only does the lovely Yorkshire gardener have the most gorgeous kitchen (just how fabulous are the gold taps and those racing-greencoloured cupboards?), she’s also been showing us how to easily make our own steel planters and a must-have gin-andtonic garden!
The delightful six-part series sees Alan invite viewers into his beautiful Hampshire garden to share tips on how we can produce our own food, whether we have a small plant pot or a large outdoor area.
Along the way, he virtually visits Katie and their Love Your Garden teammates, Frances Tophill and David Domoney, who are all busy bees turning their own green spaces into horticultural wonderlands.
‘Filming at home in my own garden has been fun, and I think the show is really fun, too,’ says Katie, 37, as she chats to TV Times. ‘It’s nice to see everyone in their own spaces, doing bitesize projects. It feels accessible and inspiring.’
