She’s made no secret of the fact that she’s always wanted a daughter to add to her family and Danielle Lloyd has finally got her wish. The 37-year-old can’t contain her glee as she introduces her newborn baby girl Autumn Rose exclusively to new, ten days after the birth.
“I feel on top of the world – Autumn’s so amazing,” she tells us. “She is literally like a doll. Even in the hospital when I had her all the midwives and doctors were coming in and were like, ‘We’ve been told how amazing and beautiful she is.’”
Baby Autumn arrived after Danielle – who’s already mum to sons Archie, 11, Harry, 10, and George, eight, from her previous marriage and four-year-old Ronnie with hubby Michael O’Neill – was induced at 38 weeks on 12 November following a struggle with severe back pain.
Relieved she avoided a C-section, the former model welcomed her first daughter at 8.19pm, while the England football match against Albania was on in the background.
Adorable Autumn weighed a petite 6lbs 13oz and was quickly put through oxygen tests after birth, suffering some initial breathing problems. Thankfully, she soon recovered, and Danielle was able to give the tot her first feed at 3am.
Autumn is bound to be well-protected with four brothers around her. But despite initially saying this was her last baby, it seems like Danielle may well provide her with a sister too.
“The longer I have her at home, it’s like, ‘Oh my God, she might need a sister,’” she says. “But I’ll have to persuade Michael first.”
