About me

I’m a bikini competitor in the NPC. This season I’ll be competing in my first national show. I completely fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding - the training, trying new exercises, hitting a new max, cheat meals, experimenting with diet, tracking macros and show prep. But the most rewarding part is knowing I’ve inspired someone else to take control of their health just by setting an example. I’m an animal lover. I enjoy taking trips to the zoo and aquarium. I’m always up for anything! Spontaneous trips to random places, museums, concerts, street fairs, trying new activities, taking a class, tasting new food, and exploring new places fills me with joy and happiness.
