ปฐมา พรประภา ผู้บริหารหญิงแกร่งแห่งแวดวงสินเชื่อเช่าซื้อมอเตอร์ไซค์และทายาทรุ่น 4 ของตระกูลพรประภา ที่รับช่วงบริหาร บมจ.ฐิติกร ธุรกิจสินเชื่อเช่าซื้อจัดจักรยานยนต์ตั้งแต่ปี 2515 จากรุ่นพ่อ ด้วยแนวทางเติบโตทางด้านรายได้อย่างมั่นคง เธอตั้งเป้าสร้างยอดปล่อยกู้แตะ 1.3 หมื่นล้านบาทภายในปี 2563 และหวังปักธงสินเชื่อเช่าซื้อในตลาดกลุ่ม CLMV ที่มุ่งสร้างพอร์ตให้โตถึง 50% ของยอดให้สินเชื่อรวมภายใน 3 ปีข้างหน้า
