Remember when we all were cooped up at home for months? Art, in any form, was the only escape for most people. People dusted off their old canvases and paint bottles, got better at their previously rusty guitar skills and even captured fabulous imagery. In a way, people broke free and art acted as the warm hug we all needed. Our cover star Gianluca Vacchi, the 53-year-old Italian DJ, entrepreneur and social media giant too released another one of his hit songs during the lockdown. Although, his story is quite an extraordinary one at that, and you’ll find out why in our chat with this global entertainer. Apart from the lockdown, another landmark moment that 2020 gave us was the retirement of MS Dhoni and yes, it is still a sensitive issue for us!
