I have been pondering the word ‘progress’ a lot over the past couple of weeks and I have come to a few conclusions. Firstly, a lot of the time when people talk about moving forwards, they are moving backwards to something they actually used to do before. Sometimes progress is sold to an audience, but in actual fact, many things do a full 360 degree cycle and end up where they started. But secondly, genuine progress
does exist in some corners of society.
