Impressive array of classic cars set to return to city

>> Previous shows in the city centre have proved to be a huge success. The event is returning with even more cars and motorcycles on July 6
LOVERS of vintage vehicles will be in their element when the Truro Classic Car Show returns on Sunday, July 6.
The annual event is continuing to grow and more vehicles will be showcased on Lemon Quay, Lemon Street and Boscawen Street. For the first time there will also be a display of motorcycles on Pydar Street.
Classic marques featured will include Morris, Jaguar, Mercedes, Triumph, Porsche, MG and Ford.
"As well as experiencing the city brimming with cherished cars, visi tors will be able to browse automobilia and autojumbles stalls and enjoy live music," said a spokesperson for the Truro Business Improvement District.
"There'll also be a small selection of new cars on display at the event, from local dealers including from Vospers, Hawkins Motor Group, Parklands Toyota and P Perryman and Sons Commercial Vehicles.
