S'pore and S. Korea reaffirm ties, discuss more collaborations

Singapore and South Korea reaffirmed their "robust and long-standing partnership" during Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat's working visit to the country.
DPM Heng was hosted to lunch in Seoul on Nov 19 by his South Korean counterpart, Dr Lee Ju-ho, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
"They had a fruitful discussion on expanding collaboration on science and research between our universities and research institutes, as well as to translate these into innovation and enterprise outcomes to drive future economic growth," it added.
