A POWERPACKED exhibition of boundary-hitting from Punjab Kings saw them coast to an eight-wicket win over hosts Lucknow Super Giants in their Indian Premier League encounter at the Ekana Stadium on Tuesday.
In a big ground with some traditional assistance for the bowlers, this was supposed to be a tricky night for batters.
But Shreyas Iyer & Co., whose new look outfit look like the real deal in the early part of the 18th iteration of the tournament, scored 130 out of the (16x4, 11x6) 177 runs in boundaries as they chased down the target of 172 in just 16.2 overs.
