Helberg is building an attack-minded team

KIM Hellberg says he will be as tactically flexible as he possibly can at Middlesbrough to get the best out of what he has available, before listing the traits he says are nonnegotiable.

The new Boro head coach enjoyed a winning start at the weekend, orchestrating a 2-1 victory over Derby County, as Boro came from behind to win.

As may be expected with a new head coach arriving mid-season, there were some early teething issues for Boro, however.
