England have unveiled 17 full Women's Central Contracts and four additional Skills Contracts for the 2025/26 season, marking a major step forward as the team prepares for a landmark year that will feature a home ICC Women's T20 World Cup in mid-2026. The announcement reflects a renewed focus on strengthening squad depth and ensuring stability ahead of the high-profile global event.

Of the contracted group, ten players have been handed new one-year deals, while seven others move into the second year of their existing agreements. Leading the list is all-format captain Nat Sciver-Brunt, rewarded for her exceptional performances at the recent 50-over World Cup in India, where she stood out as one of England’s most consistent performers. Meanwhile, Em Arlott and Emma Lamb have earned Skills Contracts for the first time, reflecting the selectors’ belief in their potential to play key roles in specific formats and skill areas. Left-arm spinner Linsey Smith, who impressed with the ball during the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, receives her maiden full Central Contract, marking a significant milestone in her international career.
