Tata Comms acquires 51% stake in Commotion

Tata Communications has acquired a 51% stake in Commotion Inc., a leading AI-native enterprise SaaS platform with operations in US and India in a deal valued at ₹227 crore, as per a filing with the exchanges on Tuesday.
Tata Communications expects the acquisition to strengthen its customer interaction suite portfolio by integrating agentic AI and orchestration capabilities, enabling the Tata Group firm to deliver more intelligent, automated, and personalized solutions for customers.
