J&K Sees Over 230 Enforcement Drives Against Tainted Fertilizer Supply: GoI

In a crackdown on malpractices in fertilizer supply, authorities in Jammu and Kashmir have taken more than 230 enforcement actions against black marketing, hoarding, and the supply of substandard products during the current Kharif season, Union Ministry informed in the Lok Sabha.
As per the data submitted by J&K to the Centre, the Union Territory conducted 3,694 inspections between April 1 and November 28, 2025, to check irregularities in the supply of urea, DAP and other fertiliz
