Memorial to bring hope amid anguish over death of son aged 8
FAMILY and friends of a boy who was killed when he was knocked down by a dangerous driver are to unveil a memorial in his honour.
They will gather near Centenary Garden in Carrigaline, Co Cork, to celebrate the life of Andre Castro Ladeiro, who died in August 2023.
Andre was just eight when he was fatally injured at a pedestrian crossing on the Cork Road in the village.
