RTA digital revenues surge 16% to Dh4.42b

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) reported a landmark a 16 per cent increase in digital revenues to Dh4.42 billion in 2024, driven by an unprecedented surge in smart services.

RTA recorded nearly 679.6 million transactions across digital platforms and a 96 per cent customer satisfaction rate. App usage has seen a sharp rise, with 3.74 million downloads — up 18 per cent from 2023 — and a 27.5 per cent increase in registered users, totalling 1.94 million.
