Haaland tells City to enjoy thrill of the chase as they stay in title hunt

WITH one ruthless, clinical finish from Erling Haaland, Manchester City showed why they remain favourites to pip Arsenal to secure a record fourth successive title.

This was not a vintage City performance, but this is the time of the season when they always seem to do enough.
Haaland made an immediate impact on his return. After missing two games through injury, he needed only one chance to help City secure victory against Nottingham Forest and ensure they kept the pressure on Arsenal.
City were far from their best at the City Ground and Pep Guardiola said his side were lucky the pitch was so dry because, he believed, it stopped Forest scoring from their 14 shots.
