'I want my sons to not have to ask for scans'

KEVIN Webber, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer 11 years ago, said the decision is "horrendously disappointing".
The father of three visited his doctor in 2014 after noticing he frequently needed to urinate at night.
Aged 49, he was told he might have only two years to live after tests and scans showed stage four disease.
