BUSINESS OWNER IN LINE FOR AWARD REVEALS HER USP

- By EVA MILLETT

A BURTON business owner has revealed what she believes helps her stand out as she waits to find out if she has won a major award.

The Burton Mail reported last month how Karen Orton, who runs Lacey Grace Design on Hawkins Lane in Stretton, is in the running for Best Event Décor Business.

The awards celebrate outstanding small businesses and entrepreneurs across the UK, and provide a platform for smaller operations to gain national recognition.

All of Lacey Grace Design's work is bespoke, and that's what Karen believes helps her stand out.

She said: "Most of the stuff that I do is people say to me, this is what I'm looking for, and I'll come up with a design for them."
