Stylishly Seamless

When homeowner Olivia set out to create her dream kitchen and utility space, she knew exactly what she wanted, and she knew exactly who she wanted to work with. Enter Colin Maher Design.

I‘d been following Colin Maher Design on Instagram for about a year and a half,’ Olivia says.

‘I loved the style of his work, and the way he creates a kitchen exactly the way you want it.’

For designer Janette Singleton of Colin Maher Design, that clarity made the process smooth from the very start. ‘My client had a clear vision for their kitchen and utility project. They wanted a modern-style kitchen with sleek, clean lines. Their preference was for dark slab doors with a handle-less design, incorporating wood elements and fresh, bright stone to create contrast and warmth.’

One of the standout design changes was the creation of a generous bar area. 'The only special design change was the addition of that large bar area featuring bi-folding glass doors,' Janette explains. 'We also incorporated a wine cooler at the base of these units, with storage cabinets on either side to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.'
