A range of high-end hotels in India are opening their doors to cameras to reveal what it takes to provide five-star service.
C4's three-parter Grand Indian Hotel, narrated by Nina Wadia, goes behind the scenes to follow the dedicated staff at a luxury hotel chain. It begins in Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan - at the Rajvilas resort, where front office manager Ishita Mathur is training new staff.
