DIABOLICAL dictator Vladimir Putin is now targeting America's heartland in his secret war against democracy, according to experts who blame the rogue Russian for ordering sleeper cells to torch a massive dairy farm, killing one worker and an astonishing 18,000 cows!

The ghastly carnage at the South Fork Dairy Farm near Dimmitt, Texas, sent shock waves through the industry and could further stagger the already reeling U.S. economy with skyrocketing prices for milk and other dairy products!

"This is clearly an attack on the country's food chain," declares one international terror expert, who believes the catastrophic blaze clearly bears the earmarks of Russian sabotage.

"It's mind-boggling," adds Dimmitt Mayor Roger Malone. "I don't think it's ever happened before around here."
