Poultry and feed producer Vitarich Corp. yesterday said its board has approved an agreement to acquire breeder-farm facilities in Davao del Sur in a transaction valued at up to P280 million to strengthen its operations in Mindanao.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the company said it entered into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Broilers Club Inc. (BCI), a private domestic corporation, and its shareholders on Sept. 1.
