LTO summons SUV driver, owner in road crash

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) yesterday issued a showcause order against the owner and driver of a sport utility vehicle (SUV) involved in a road crash in LTO National Capital Region director Roque Verzosa III said both the owner and driver of the Mitsubishi Montero with license plate WTQ-575 were ordered to appear at the LTO NCR office on Jan. 4.
Verzosa said that based on a social Mandaluyong City early Saturday media post and incident report from morning.
the Mandaluyong police station 2, the driver parked the SUV on the fast lane of EDSA and was seen sleeping inside.
