THE National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Friday promised 1 crore jobs to the youth in Bihar as it unveiled a 25-point manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in the state.
The 'sankalp patra' was jointly released by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader JP Nadda, Union minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) patron Jitan Ram Manjhi, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan and Lok Janshakti Morcha chief Kushwaha.
