A fresh petition filed in Varanasi Civil Judge (Senior Division) court seeking permission to worship the Shivlinga reportedly found in the 'wuzu khana' of Gyanvapi Mosque during a court-ordered survey conducted recently, was transferred to a fast-track court which would hear the matter on May 30.
The case will now be heard by fast-track court judge Mahendra Pandey.
