PLYMOUTH Parkway are on the lookout for a new manager after announcing they have accepted the resignation of Lee Hobbs following the club's 1-1 draw at Beaconsfield Town on Saturday.
Saturday's match ended a gruelling campaign for Parkway, who staved off the threat of relegation thanks to that draw with Beaconsfield joining Didcot Town, Harrow Borough and Hayes & Yeading in being relegated from the Southern League Premier Division.
It was an incredible achievement for Hobbs, given the circumstances at the club this season with the Bolitho Park pitch and horrendous winter weather contributing to 24 postponements this campaign. They had to play some of their 'home' games as far away as Bristol in order to complete their fixture schedule and 13 matches squeezed into the last month of the season.
