Body found in hunt for missing Mylo

THE body of a boy has been found by crews searching the River Tees for missing schoolboy Mylo Capilla.

A full-scale emergency services operation descended on Ramsey Gardens, in Ingleby Barwick, from 9pm on Thursday evening, when the 13-year-old didn’t return home.
Now after night and day searches by multiple agencies, a boy’s body has been discovered by crews scouring the water.
The body has yet to be formally identified but Mylo’s parents have been told.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: “Very sadly, police and partner agencies searching the river for 13-year-old Mylo Capilla at Ingleby Barwick have found the body of a boy.
“Whilst formal identification has yet to take place, Mylo’s parents have been informed and they continue to be supported by specially trained officers.
