Supreme Court: Plea To Stay CLAT PG-2025 Results, Alleged Errors In Provisional Answer Key

The plea states that only a day's time was given to the candidates in order to raise objections to the provisional answer key and the online portal was closed on December 3 at 4 PM.

The Supreme Court was hearing the case Anam Khan and another v. Consortium of National Law Universities wherein challenging the provisional answer key which is released for the recently held Common Law Admission Test, CLAT for PG Admissions.
In the present case, a writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who appeared in the exam for LLM admissions in National Law Universities before the Supreme Court.
The plea filed alleged before the court that various lapses in the conduct of the CLAT 2025 exam held by the Consortium of National Law Universities, NLU on December 1.
