Ahead of two summer shows with his brother Marlon, Motown star Jackie Jackson shares precious memories of his late siblings and how their powerful legacy lives on

He hails from one of the most iconic musical dynasties, and at the age of 74, Jackie Jackson, brother of late pop legend Michael, shows no signs of slowing down as the family’s timeless music continues to transcend the latest trends, as well as boundaries of age or culture.

The strikingly youthful singer, who performed alongside his brothers as part of The Jackson 5 at the height of Motown’s popularity, has grown up in music — and, as he tells us with that warm American twang, he can't imagine life without it.

As The Jacksons, Jackie and his brother Marlon, 68, are now preparing to headline two outdoor summer shows in July for Heritage Live in Berkshire and Essex.

Here, father-of-four Jackie, who has been married to third wife Emily Besselink since 2012, speaks to us from his home in Las Vegas about how much he misses his brothers Michael and Tito — the latter who died last year.
