Last season will raise the bar for Nuno, says pundit

NOTTINGHAM Forest head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has "made a rod for his own back" with last season's success, according to pundit Simon Jordan.

In what was his first full campaign at the helm, Nuno guided the Reds back into Europe for the first time in three decades. They will compete in next term's UEFA Conference League after finishing seventh in the Premier League.
The achievement was somewhat bittersweet given a Champions League spot had been in Forest's grasp for so long. Nevertheless, as the club aim to kick on again, Nuno put pen to paper on a new contract.
Announcing the Portuguese's new deal, Reds owner Evangelos Marinakis reaffirmed his ambition to bring silverware to the City Ground.
And Jordan has argued Nuno will have to contend with rising expectations in 2025-26 after getting Forest up the top-flight table.
