CHRISTY Dignam has spoken from his hospital bed to thank fans for their good wishes during a "difficult time for me and my family".
The Aslan frontman, who has been battling a rare blood disorder called amyloidosis since 2013, was hospitalised two weeks ago, forcing the band to postpone their 3Arena gig.
Now 62-year-old Christy has spoken from his hospital bed to thank everyone for their messages of support and vow he will be back home soon".
