May 21: Attend an arts and crafts workshop in Shilparamam, interact with local artisans, and learn about traditional craftsmanship. This global event will provide unprecedented exposure to Telangana’s rural tourism destinations, highlighting the state's cultural heritage, historical narratives, and modern development. Speaking about the Buddhavanam and Buddhist Theme park located near Nagarjuna Sagar, officials said this serene complex celebrates Buddhist culture and spirituality. Featuring Buddha statues, stupas, and meditation halls, the theme park vividly depicts Buddha's life, teachings, and art. It promotes mental peace through meditation and yoga programs while boosting cultural exchange and tourism.
