Chatsworth is open for the festive season with its garden
Derby Telegraph
|November 12, 2025
CHRISTMAS has come early to Chatsworth House after it officially opened last Saturday for the festive season.
-
The venue has transformed into an “Enchanted Garden” from now until January 4.
The annual Christmas market also returns and will run until December 14, with more than 100 exhibitors offering festive-themed gifts, food and drink.
This year’s house theme will give visitors a chance to “experience the hidden magic and quiet beauty of the natural world in midwinter”.
It is an immersive, multi-sensory experience and people will be able to explore 20 spaces featuring towering Christmas trees, a grand cluster of mistletoe, shimmering copper toadstools and twirling oak leaf archways.
