RISHI Sunak will hand over almost half a billion pounds of taxpayers' cash to France in a desperate bid to stop migrants crossing the Channel.
The Prime Minister announced the deal at the Elysee Palace in Paris after talks with French President Emmanuel Macron.
The money will pay for an extra 500 French officers to patrol beaches in a bid to stop people boarding inflatables.
