However, after last week's Argentine tango, in which he dramatically lifted pro Dianne Buswell, his neck and back are another thing.

The TV EastEnders said: "My body's adapted to dance life quite well, I'm proud of it.

"But last week, my upper shoulders, my upper back and my neck were in absolute pieces because of the lift at the start...that Craig [Revel Horwood] gave us a six for."
