Boutique interior design studio Arche blends heritage sensitivity and storytelling to craft timeless interiors, with its new Keong Saik studio embodying this vision

Founded by Edward Seet in August 2019, Arche is a Singapore-based interior design studio known for its focus on empathy, craft and context. Seet's background includes product design as well as formative roles in advertising and event management, giving him a layered perspective that blends aesthetics with spatial storytelling. Arche's work has been recognised in the local design community, receiving accolades such as an Honorary Mention at the Singapore Interior Design Awards 2020 and 2023, and a Silver award at the Design Excellence Awards 2020.

Arche's new Keong Saik studio is a physical manifestation of its philosophy of honouring the genesis of form, function and feeling.

Meaningful spaces come to life from an interplay of empathy, craft and context. By focusing on authentic and human-centred design, spaces can realise their full potential in shaping experiences, influencing emotions, and even inspiring aspirations.

Arche's minimalist designs are not solely focused on shaping spaces, they also consider how people might grow within them. By focusing on a space's occupants in designing environments that authentically resonate with their unique essence and nurture their spirits, thoughtful design can elevate everyday life in many ways.

This philosophy is aptly embodied in its approach towards designing its new studio. Situated in the culturally significant Keong Saik area, Arche's studio honours the space's architectural heritage while reimagining its interiors as a functional and inspiring workspace.
