SCREEN hunk Richard Gere isn’t making many friends in his affluent neighborhood after greenlighting the construction of a 130-foot cell phone tower on the 14-acre Bedford Post Inn property he co-owns! Although the 73-year-old Pretty Woman stud claims the tower will benefit the Bedford, N.Y., community, especially first responders, some of his rich, spoiled neighbors are whining the structure will mar their scenic views.
