A RESPECTED royal biographer has dropped a shocking bombshell revealing why Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan, refuses to return to England — he insists the snooty former TV B-actress “won’t want to curtsy” to her sister-in-law, future queen Kate!
While Harry, 39, has previously made several solo trips to Britain, including a Sept. 7 visit for the WellChild Awards in London, his American-born wife is keeping her distance. In fact, the California girl joined Harry in Germany two days after his London stopover!
