Not knowing what’s next is the biggest challenge of a career in social media law. Most people who study law like certainty and rules; I like to run my business by feel. Ten years ago social media didn’t exist; today it’s my business. You never know the direction you’re going to head in, but it’s about staying current. If you think of social media as a book, we’ve only just begun reading the table of contents.
