San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora made the announcement during the Laging Handa press briefing of Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque with Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Benhur Abalos, and Treatment Czar Undersecretary Leopoldo Vega.
Zamora said the local government unit (LGU) has fully vaccinated 98,590 individuals, surpassing the target based on both the Philippine Statistics Authority 2020 census where 70 percent is 88,443, and Asian Development Bank's (ADB) projected population of 92,759.
