DANIEL DUBOIS has dumped trainer Martin Bowers after his first career loss.
The British heavyweight will now be coached by Mark Tibbs, while Bowers, who has been working with him since his pro debut, will still be his manager.
The move comes as a surprise, despite Dubois suffering defeat at the hands of Joe Joyce last year.
The Londoner was the big favorite heading into the British, Commonwealth and European title clash.
But he was stopped in the 10th round after taking a knee as he struggled with damage to his eye.
