JUDGES have blocked a £3billion legal action against Google that could have handed UK iPhone users a £750 payout.
Campaigners claimed the internet giant breached data rules by secretly tracking the internet browsing of millions of iPhone owners.
But yesterday the Supreme Court’s Lord Leggatt said handing out a uniform sum with no proof of financial loss or mental distress was “unsustainable”.
