FOREST FEELINGS
Research shows indoor plants have a positive effect on our wellbeing, helping to lower blood pressure and stress levels.
Plants like chrysanthemums and peace lilies can even help detox the air of common household pollutants and toxins found in synthetic fabrics and paint.

She added: “Odd numbers always work better than even so try a group of three or five. To add interest to bookshelves, alternate stacks of books with potted plants.
“Trailing ivy brings a sense of grandeur, or dot smaller plants in coloured pots to match the bright book spines.”
