You may think that its ok to let go for just a few days. But most mums come back with excessive weight gain in just those few days. Pregnancy is a short phase and every day matters. However, this does not mean that you cannot enjoy yourself and have a great vacation. Before you start planning, discuss the same with your doctor. Get the green signal on your health and pregnancy well—being. Understand the travel time that you are allowed and also the mode of travel. If you are planning to visit an exotic destination which may need you to fly in smaller planes or take boat rides, it may not be completely safe.
