AM I A BETTER MAN today than I was yesterday?

Years ago, this question sent me on a journey of discovery and development, and I decided to share what I’d learnt. Purely by accident, I built one of South Africa’s largest self-development communities for men, boasting 18 000+ members.

The community, now discontinued, was known as BetterMan. The question that started it all is still a constant call to action in my life.

Here’s what I’ve learnt about answering the call.

It’s not easy

You might even fail more than you succeed. So many things are happening in our lives daily that it’s easy to lose sight of what matters.

I often reflect on what’s been happening in my life, only to realise that I’ve been stagnating, or worse, dropping the ball(s).
