5 Cool After-School Classes To Try In 2024

Flight Academy

Looking for a fun way to stay fit? Flight Academy's high-energy, low-impact private trampoline classes are not only a blast, they also offer a host of benefits for body and mind. In fact, a 2015 study in Greece showed that a 12-week trampolining programme can improve motor control, increase body and spatial awareness and encourage balance.

Over 10 sessions, jumpers of all skill levels will receive dedicated coaching to help them develop the correct technique, nail the fundamentals and learn advanced skills quickly and safely. The classes are kept purposefully small, with only three students to one coach.

Located at BOUNCE, the unique trampoline coaching programme includes two 60-minute classes a week, along with heaps of extras such as a Flight Academy wristband, BOUNCE t-shirt and grip socks and a flight pass (that's unlimited jumping during the term, from Monday to Friday).

Want to take your trampolining skills to even greater heights? Flight Academy Express offers private and personalised one-on-one sessions for adults and kids aged three and up. With four classes over four days - two hours daily from Monday to Thursday - you'll master that front sault or twist in no time.
