What was the first time when you felt that your work is appreciated?
I custom-made a dress for Melanie Griffith. Shortly after she received the dress, I coincidentally attended an event to which she was invited and she fortuitously wore the dress that night. When she found out I was at the event, she went to my table to ask me if the dress looked good on her. Other than that, I can also mention the time that I tailor-made a suit for Tiara Thomas for the Oscars 2021. Tiara not only won an Oscar that night but the Jovana Louis suit she wore made it to the headlines of the most influential fashion media outlets worldwide as the best look of the ceremony. I have a lot of great memories. But, those two experiences left me beyond reason and self-control.
Do you think that your main objective behind opening a fashion brand is fulfilled or do you still think that there is a long way to go?
