Selena, 27 – who made a large donation to help Australia’s bushfires – should be enjoying her comeback after two years of health struggles that include a 2017 kidney transplant due to complications from lupus, three months being treated for anxiety and depression, and time in therapy amid renewed tensions with her family. Instead she’s having to deal with reminders of how fragile she still is.

‘Her self-esteem is at rock bottom, and at times she feels like she has no-one to turn to,’ says the source. ‘The reality is that she’s incredibly lonely.’
